You may or may not know but there have been some changes to YGO duels.
Note: These changes have been officially applied to OCG as of March 21st 2014 and to TCG as of July 10 2014. (Changes applied to DN on July 14, 2014)
1. The player on the first turn does not draw a card. The total number of cards that both players have at the same time would be five
during the draw phase at first turn.2. The field can have two field spell cards at the same time.
Each player can now have one field spell card on their side of the field. Activating a field spell while you're opponent has one on the field already will not destroy it.
